PM Shehbaz arrives in New York to attend 81st UNGA session
NEW YORK, Sep 22 (APP):Prime Minister, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, arrived here on Tuesday to participate in the opening session of the 81st United Nations General Assembly.
The opening session of the UN General Assembly will be addressed by United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres and US President Donald Trump, a news release issued by the Prime Minister’s Office Media Wing said.
During his visit, the prime minister will also hold bilateral meetings with world leaders attending the UN General Assembly session.
The meetings will provide an opportunity for the prime minister to exchange views with participating leaders on matters of mutual interest and issues of international importance.
