Pasrur City Police on Tuesday claimed to have arrested a bootlegger and recovered 400 liters of locally distilled liquor from his possession in the jurisdiction of Pasrur City Police Station.

SIALKOT, Sep 22 (APP):Pasrur City Police on Tuesday claimed to have arrested a bootlegger and recovered 400 liters of locally distilled liquor from his possession in the jurisdiction of Pasrur City Police Station.
According to police,teams arrested a suspect,Muhammad Ashraf,for allegedly distilling and selling liquor.
Police said around 400 liters of locally distilled liquor,two gallons of liquor,20 plastic bottles and equipment used for distilling liquor were recovered from his possession.
The police department said indiscriminate action against those involved in the illegal drug and liquor trade would continue,adding that efforts were being made to protect the younger generation and make society free from substance abuse.
Police registered a case against the suspect and started further investigation.
