TEHRAN, Sep 22 (APP):Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi met Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and said Pakistan is committed to further developing relations between Islamabad and Tehran.
During the meeting, both sides discussed expanding cooperation in trade, tourism, science, energy and investment, while highlighting the potential of stronger bilateral engagement.
Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to strengthening relations with Iran during a meeting with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.
During the meeting, Naqvi emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation between Pakistan and Iran in multiple sectors, including trade, tourism, culture and science.
Naqvi described the current relationship between the two neighboring countries as being at a high level and said Pakistan remains committed to enhancing cooperation across different fields.
President Pezeshkian highlighted the wide-ranging potential of Iran and Pakistan and stressed the need to increase cooperation in trade, energy, tourism and joint investment.
