Tarrar condoles death of Farah Naz Akbar’s father-in-law
ISLAMABAD, Sep 20 (APP):Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar visited the residence of MNA Farah Naz Akbar to offer condolences over the death of her father-in-law, former Inspector General of police Dil Jan Khan Marwat.
Atta Tarar expressed sympathy with the bereaved family and offered Fateha for the departed soul.
He described Marwat as a competent, experienced and dutiful officer who had served the country in important positions.
The minister said the vacuum created by his death would be difficult to fill and prayed for the elevation of the deceased’s ranks in the hereafter and patience for the bereaved family.
Marwat had also served as federal interior secretary and as a member of the United Nations International Narcotics Control Board.
