Pakistan’s rich cultural heritage showcased at Baku’s Clothing Day event

BAKU, Sep 20 (APP):The Embassy of Pakistan in Baku participated in the National Clothing Day event and showcased Pakistan’s rich and diverse cultural heritage and traditional attire.
The event was organized by the “Icherisheher” State Historical-Architectural Reserve Administration which was well attended by Azerbaijani dignitaries from the government, representatives of the arts and literary communities, and members of the diplomatic corps.
Pakistan’s colourful traditional and regional costumes, truck art, jewellery, and handicrafts received great appreciation from participants and visitors.
Diplomatic missions, including those of China, Korea, Iraq, Tajikistan, Malaysia, Indonesia and Russia, also presented their national dances and traditional costumes, creating a rich and diverse celebration of cultures and highlighting the importance of cultural exchange and mutual understanding.
The participation of Pakistan embassy in the event further contributed to promoting the close and historic cultural bonds between Pakistan and brotherly Azerbaijan.
