PESHAWAR, Sep 18 (APP):Three people, including a father and his 12-year-old son, died after falling into a well in Machi Jaffarabad area of Rustam tehsil in Mardan district.
According to a Rescue 1122 Mardan spokesperson, the father and a neighbour died while attempting to rescue the 12-year-old boy who had fallen into the well.
Upon receiving information about the incident, Rescue 1122 disaster and medical teams reached the site and recovered the bodies of all three victims from the well. The bodies were subsequently shifted to a hospital.
The deceased were identified as 12-year-old Shah Room, his 47-year-old father, Ijaz, and 45-year-old Alifzada.
