ISLAMABAD, Sep 17 (APP):The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will hold an open public forum (Khuli Kachery) on Friday to address public grievances related to planning and development matters.
According to the Planning & Development Wing, CDA, the Khuli Kachery will be headed by Member Planning & Development and is scheduled to be held on Friday, September 18, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Ghandara Citizen Club, F-9 Park, Islamabad.
The forum will have a focused three-point agenda to ensure targeted redressal of public complaints.                                                                    The first item pertains to pending building plans, under which pre-examination and resolution of grievances will be carried out.
In this regard, applicants have been advised to submit their plans to the Building Control Section prior to the session for early scrutiny.
Following that, the second agenda item relates to building plan approval cases, under which priority will be given to previously submitted applications awaiting review by the Design Vetting Committee (DVC) in its upcoming meeting.
Similarly, the third agenda item covers possession issues, where cases will be heard directly in which the Estate Wing has cleared possession, but the Land Survey Division has not yet released it.
To facilitate on-the-spot resolution, the Authority has requested all participants to bring all relevant documents to the session.
Meanwhile, for complaints not falling under the specified agenda, citizens have been advised to submit their grievances online via the official CDA Complaint Portal, while other non-agenda complaints may be directed to their respective designated CDA forums.
