WASA connects monthly billing process to digital system through Geo-tagging
FAISALABAD, Sep 15 (APP):Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) has integrated its monthly billing process
into a digital system through Geo-tagging, enabling the monitoring of bills sent to
consumers via dashboard.
The new digital system allows for the tracking of bills on a dashboard, providing
visibility into the consumer’s full address, a photograph of the property, the property
area, and the specific date and time of bill delivery.
WASA Managing Director Saqib Raza said here Tuesday that the bill delivery
process had been transitioned to this modern digital system which enables to
monitor the distribution process of bills to the consumers.
He urged WASA consumers to pay their bills on time to strengthen the department’s
financial position, which would enable the provision of high-quality water supply
and drainage services to the citizens
