MoS/SAPM Fahd Haroon meets KATI representatives

ISLAMABAD, Sep 15 (APP):Minister of State/Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Digital Media Fahd Haroon met with representatives of the Korangi Association of Trade and Industry (KATI) in Karachi.

 President KATI Muhammad Ikram Rajput, along with other senior office-bearers, warmly received Fahd Haroon upon his arrival.

The meeting provided an opportunity for a wide-ranging exchange of views on Pakistan’s evolving digital landscape, technological advancement, digital transformation and their growing significance for the country’s business and industrial sectors, alongside other matters of mutual interest, said a message received here on Tuesday.

Fahd Haroon outlined the government’s broader vision for Pakistan’s digital future and underscored the importance of harnessing technology and innovation to strengthen economic growth, empower businesses and create new opportunities for the country’s entrepreneurial and industrial sectors.

The KATI representatives shared their perspectives on the evolving digital landscape and its implications for businesses and industry, with a particular emphasis on the opportunities emerging from Pakistan’s digital transformation.

The meeting reaffirmed the importance of continued engagement between the government and the private sector in advancing Pakistan’s digital transformation and ensuring that the country’s business and industrial community remains well positioned to benefit from the opportunities presented by technological change.
