DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Sep 14 (APP):A 13-year-old boy drowned in the Chashma Right Bank Canal (CRBC) here and Rescue 1122 divers recovered his body after a two-day search and rescue operation.
According to Rescue 1122, the emergency service received information about the drowning of a minor at the CRBC canal in the Jhok Masu area.
Following the report, a Rescue 1122 diving team promptly reached the site and launched a search operation.
The search continued for the second consecutive day, with divers making extensive efforts to locate the missing boy.
After sustained efforts, the team successfully recovered the body from the canal.
The deceased was identified as Dil Jan, 13, son of Sahib Jan, a resident of Jhok Masu.
