Two arrested in house burglary case in Charsadda: Police
PESHAWAR, Sep 12 (APP):Police have arrested two suspects allegedly involved in a house burglary and recovered stolen property and a Kalashnikov from their possession.
Police spokesman said Saturday that following the directives of district police officer Charsadda Rifaatullah Khan, Khamnai police started operations against criminal elements.
Under the supervision of DSP Sardheri Bilal Haleem Khan, SHO Khanmai Police Station Tauheed Khan, along with a police team, carried out a successful operation and arrested two suspects charged in a house theft case.
Police said three batteries reported stolen in the burglary, along with a kalashnikov, were recovered from the suspects.
A case has been registered against the arrested suspects, and further investigation is underway. Police are also investigating whether the suspects may be involved in other theft incidents.
