Commissioner Hazara reviews MDCAT 2026 preparations in the region
ABBOTTABAD, Sep 11 (APP):Commissioner Hazara Division Shahidullah Khan on Friday reviewed arrangements for the Medical and Dental Colleges Admission Test (MDCAT) 2026, with 4,996 candidates scheduled to appear at nine examination halls in Abbottabad, Haripur and Mansehra on September 20.
Chairing a meeting held to review preparations for the test, the commissioner was briefed that examination centers had been established at five locations across the three districts. Detailed arrangements for security, traffic management, uninterrupted power supply, emergency medical facilities and other essential services were discussed.
Shahidullah Khan directed the concerned deputy commissioners, police, health department and other relevant institutions to complete all arrangements well before the examination to ensure a transparent, peaceful and secure conduct of MDCAT 2026.
He also directed the authorities to provide a conducive environment for the candidates at all examination centers and ensure effective arrangements to deal with any untoward situation during the test.
