DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Sep 09 (APP):The district police have arrested six suspects in separate cases of attempted murder, theft and other crimes and recovered weapons, ammunition and stolen goods in the limits of Paharpur police station on Wednesday.
According to police spokesman, three suspects including Muhammad Hasnain, Muhammad Saeed and Obaidullah, were arrested in an attempted murder case while a 30-bore pistol was also recovered from them.
Two proclaimed offenders namely Muhammad Zahid and Fazlur Rehman, were also arrested.
In another action, the police arrested Faisal in a theft case and recovered two mobile phones, a laptop, a motor pump and a 30-bore pistol along with five rounds from him.
The further investigation from the arrested suspects was underway. SP Paharpur Iqbal Khan Baloch said that the action against criminal elements would continue.
