RAWALPINDI, Sep 06 (APP):Police have launched a crackdown against gangs involved in motorcycle theft and other criminal activities, arresting three suspects belonging to two separate gangs and recovered eight stolen motorcycles and a mobile phone.
According to a police spokesperson on Sunday, Chakalala Police arrested the alleged ringleader of a theft gang and recovered four stolen motorcycles and a mobile phone from his possession.
Meanwhile, Morgah Police arrested two members of another gang and recovered four stolen motorcycles from them.
The police said the arrested suspects would be challaned before the court on with solid evidence.
The crackdown against motorcycle theft and other criminal gangs is continuing across the city, the spokesperson added.
