BUREWALA, Sep 06 (APP):Deputy Commissioner Khalid Javed Goraya laid a floral wreath at the mausoleum of Major Tufail Muhammad Shaheed, Nishan-e-Haider, on the occasion of Defence Day here on Sunday.

Speaking on the occasion, Khalid Javed Goraya stated that the 1965 war proved the nation’s constant readiness to defend its borders, noting that the sons of the soil made the homeland’s defense impregnable. He added that the nation stands firmly behind its armed forces to thwart any nefarious designs against national security and progress.
