DPM/FM Dar receives farewell call from Pak Permanent Rep. to UN
ISLAMABAD, Sep 05 (APP):Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Saturday, received a farewell call from Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the UN in Geneva, Ambassador Tahir Andrabi.
“The DPM/FM appreciated Ambassador Andrabi’s distinguished service at the Foreign Ministry, particularly his contributions as Spokesperson and Additional Secretary ACDIS, and acknowledged his effective role in strengthening the Ministry’s strategic communication,” the Foreign Office Spokesperson said in a press release.
The DPM/FM expressed confidence that Ambassador Andrabi would continue to advance Pakistan’s interests and strengthen its multilateral engagement in Geneva, including Pakistan’s ongoing Presidency of the UN Conference on Disarmament.
