Governor Kundi lauds establishment of Pakistan TV’s first bureau office in Peshawar

PESHAWAR, Sep 05 (APP):Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi on Saturday welcomed the establishment of Pakistan TV’s first bureau office in Peshawar, saying the initiative would help the soft image of the province and further strengthen the role of the state broadcaster.
In a message, the Governor said that Pakistan TV had made remarkable professional progress in a short span of time.
The Governor appreciated the efforts of Pakistan TV Head Adil Shahzeb for the establishment of the bureau office.
He congratulated Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar, Secretary Information Ashfaq Ahmed Khalil and Pakistan TV Head Adil Shahzeb for their contributions to strengthen the national broadcaster.
Governor Kundi said the establishment of Pakistan TV’s first bureau office in Peshawar would play an important role in projecting the soft image of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
He expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Information on behalf of the people of the province for the initiative.
He said Pakistan TV had effectively countered anti-Pakistan narratives and presented the country’s principled stance at the international level through responsible journalism.
Expressing confidence in the leadership of Federal Minister Attaullah Tarar, the vision of Secretary Information Ashfaq Ahmad Khalil and the professional expertise of Adil Shahzeb, the Governor hoped that Pakistan TV would continue its journey of growth and further strengthen its standing in the global media landscape.
