RAWALPINDI, Sep 04 (APP):Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Investigation Rawalpindi Saifullah and SP Headquarters Muhammad Saleem Khattak, held an open court at Police Lines Headquarters to address public grievances.
During the open court, the officers listened to the concerns of the visitors and issued directives to the concerned officials for their prompt resolution.
The senior officers instructed officials to ensure that legal action on all marked applications is completed within the stipulated timeframe.
They made it clear that any negligence or delay in resolving citizens’ problems would not be tolerated.
The officers were further directed to ensure the provision of efficient and citizen-friendly service delivery at police stations at all times.
The officers said that, in line with the vision of the Punjab Chief Minister, protecting the lives and property of citizens and providing them with necessary facilities remain among the top priorities of the police department.
They added that all possible measures are being taken to ensure the timely resolution of public grievances and improve service delivery for citizens.
