Former Member Senate of Khyber Medical University (KMU) Peshawar, renowned businessman and President Abasin Columnists Association, Zia-ul-Haq Sarhadi congratulated the newly appointed Vice Chancellor of KMU, Prof. Dr. Rubina Nazli, on assuming the post of Vice Chancellor and assured her of all possible cooperation in the development of KMU.

PESHAWAR, Sep 03 (APP):Former Member Senate of Khyber Medical University (KMU) Peshawar, renowned businessman and President Abasin Columnists Association, Zia-ul-Haq Sarhadi congratulated the newly appointed Vice Chancellor of KMU, Prof. Dr. Rubina Nazli, on assuming the post of Vice Chancellor and assured her of all possible cooperation in the development of KMU.
During the meeting, he said that significant progress that KMU has made under the leadership of Professor Dr. Dawood Khan, Professor Dr. Hafeezullah, Professor Dr. Arshad Javed and Professor Dr. Zia-ul-Haq during the last nineteen years is commendable.
He paid tribute to the outgoing Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Zia-ul-Haq for making KMU a prominent university of the country and playing a key role in the medical sector.
He told the currently appointed Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Rubina Nazli that the work that Ex. VC Professor Dr. Zia-ul-Haq has left in the pipeline will be completed and she will not spare any effort to make KMU the best university in the country.
On this occasion, Zia-ul-Haq Sarhadi, who is also the Senior Vice President of the Pak-Afghan Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PAJCCI), also met with KMU Registrar Inamullah Wazir and discussed administrative matters.
Finally, Professor Dr. Rubina Nazli and Registrar Inamullah congratulated Zia-ul-Haq Sarhadi on receiving the Presidential Award “Sitara-e-Imtiaz” from the Government of Pakistan in recognition of his forty years of service.
At the end of the meeting, Zia-ul-Haq Sarhadi also presented a congratulatory bouquet to Prof. Dr. Rubina Nazli.
