ISLAMABAD, Sep 3 (APP): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday directed the authorities concerned to accelerate the execution of projects under the Prime Minister’s Youth Program, and to make the ongoing initiatives more effective, results-oriented, and directly aligned with the actual needs of young people.

The prime minister, in a meeting with Chairman of Prime Minister’s Youth Program Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan, who called on him here, said that the country’s youth were the most precious asset and the guarantor of Pakistan’s bright future, highlighting that the government was utilising all possible resources to provide them modern education, skills, employment, and business opportunities.

Chairman Rana Mashhood briefed the prime minister in detail on the ongoing youth initiatives, projects, and future strategy.

Prime Minister Shehbaz reviewed the progress of various projects under the Youth Program, including modern education, training, and market-aligned skills, the creation of new opportunities for youth in the digital economy, and increased employment and business opportunities.

During the meeting, they also discussed further expanding the scope of educational, skill development, digital, and welfare programs, as well as their effective and transparent implementation.
