Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation in the field of cybersecurity.

ISLAMABAD, Sep 2 (APP):Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation in the field of cybersecurity.
The agreement was signed by Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Information Technology, Shaza Fatima Khawaja, and Saudi Arabia’s National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) Governor, Engineer Majed Al-Mazyed, said a news release issued by the ministry of IT and Telecommunication.
The MoU aims to protect the cyberspace and vital interests of both countries. It will also facilitate the exchange of expertise to address emerging cyber threats.
The agreement is expected to further enhance bilateral and global cooperation in the field of cybersecurity.
