NCCIA holds orderly room,four officials dismissed for misconduct

LAHORE,Aug 31 (APP):National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Punjab Director Muhammad Ali Wasim on Monday held an orderly room to review disciplinary cases and ensure strict accountability of officials for their conduct and performance.
According to the spokesperson,a total of 28 cases of officials were heard during the departmental proceedings, while complaints,official records and performance of the concerned personnel were examined in detail.
In the light of available evidence and departmental records,strict action was taken against four officials.
Three sub-inspectors and an assistant sub-inspector (ASI) were dismissed from service for misconduct and negligence.
During the proceedings,four more officials were awarded strict departmental punishments for negligence in the performance of their duties.
The increments of four officers were ordered to be withheld for one year each.
Other officials were given relief and pardoned with a strict warning to remain careful in future and ensure complete compliance with departmental rules and regulations.
NCCIA Director,Muhammad Wasim said that no compromise would be made on departmental discipline and the process of accountability would continue to ensure professional conduct and efficiency among officials.
