ISLAMABAD, Aug 31 (APP):Superintendent of Police (SP) Traffic Islamabad Majid Iqbal visited different duty points across the federal capital to review traffic flow and enforcement against motorists violating helmet, driving licence and lane discipline rules.
An Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) official told APP on Monday that the SP Traffic inspected ongoing enforcement activities and reviewed the performance of personnel deployed at different points.

ITP was continuing action against motorcyclists riding without helmets, motorists driving without valid driving licences, lane violators and those breaching other traffic laws.
During the visits, Majid Iqbal reviewed measures being taken to maintain smooth traffic flow alongside enforcement of road safety regulations.
ITP urged citizens to strictly follow traffic laws during their journeys and ensure that they carried a valid driving licence.
Motorcyclists were particularly advised to wear helmets, while all road users were urged to maintain lane discipline and avoid practices that could endanger themselves or others.
The traffic police said enforcement against violations would continue alongside measures aimed at ensuring safe and smooth travel across Islamabad./APP-rzr-mkz
