RAWALPINDI, Aug 29 (APP): Senior Superintendent of Police SSP Investigation Saifullah held an open court at the Police Lines Headquarters to address public grievances and issued directions to the relevant officers for their prompt resolution.
During the open court, SSP Investigation Saifullah instructed the concerned officers to ensure that legal action on the marked applications is completed within the stipulated time frame. He made it clear that negligence or delay in resolving citizens’ problems would not be tolerated.
The SSP further directed officers to ensure the provision of efficient and citizen-friendly service delivery at police stations at all times. He emphasized that complaints received from the public must be dealt with promptly and in accordance with the law.
Saifullah said that, in line with the vision of the Punjab Chief Minister, the protection of citizens’ lives and property and the provision of necessary facilities remain the top priorities of the police department.
He added that all possible measures are being taken to improve public service delivery and ensure the timely resolution of citizens’ grievances.
