RAWALPINDI, Aug 29 (APP): Police have arrested two alleged drug suppliers in separate operations and recovered a total of four kilograms of hashish from their possession here on Saturday, police said.
According to police spokesperson, Taxila Police held drug supplier and recovered 2.2 kg of hashish from his possession.
In a separate operation, Chaklala Police apprehended another supplier and recovered 1.8 kg of hashish.
Separate cases have been registered against the two suspects, and further legal proceedings are underway.
Police said that all possible measures are being taken to curb drug trafficking and eliminate the menace of narcotics from society.
