During his visit, the minister reviewed operations at the centre and interacted with citizens who had come to obtain national identity cards and other documents. He met visitors individually and asked about their experience with the registration process and the services being provided at the facility.

Many citizens expressed satisfaction with the arrangements at the NADRA Mega Centre. They told the minister that they were able to receive services without long waiting times and that the process was being handled efficiently. During the visit, some citizens raised complaints about service-related issues. The minister took immediate notice of these concerns and instructed the relevant authorities to address them without delay. He emphasized that public issues should be resolved promptly and that service delivery must remain smooth.
The interior minister stressed the need to make public services more convenient. He said citizens should not be required to visit NADRA centres repeatedly to complete routine documentation work. According to him, systems should be improved to reduce unnecessary visits and save people’s time.
Announcing the expansion of services, Mohsin Naqvi said passport facilities would soon be made available at the NADRA Mega Centre.
