ATTOCK, Aug 27 (APP):Attock Police arrested four suspects and recovered 2,335 grams of hashish and 10 litres of liquor from their possession during an ongoing crackdown against narcotics.
During the campaign, Assistant Sub-Inspector Sajid Mahmood of Jand Police Station, along with his team, arrested Hanifullah, son of Nawaz Khan, a resident of Kohat, during checking and recovered 1,195 grams of hashish from his possession.
In a separate operation, Sub-Inspector Qamar Abbas of Injra Police Station and his team arrested Muhammad Safdar Khan, son of Aslam Parvez, a resident of Kanjur, Jand Tehsil, and recovered 540 grams of hashish from him.
Continuing the crackdown, Assistant Sub-Inspector Asif Ali of New Airport Police Station recovered 600 grams of hashish from Khalil Ahmed, son of Muhammad Iqbal, a resident of Dewal, Fateh Jang Tehsil, during checking and arrested him.
Meanwhile, Assistant Sub-Inspector Sohail Akhtar of Saddar Attock Police Station, along with his team, arrested Babar Khan, son of Iftikhar, a resident of Kamra, and recovered 10 litres of liquor from his possession.
