Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) is all set to hold a grand auction of premium commercial plots in G-13 and G-14 on September 15 and 16, offering investors an opportunity to acquire commercial properties at prime locations.

ISLAMABAD, Aug 27 (APP):Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) is all set to hold a grand auction of premium commercial plots in G-13 and G-14 on September 15 and 16, offering investors an opportunity to acquire commercial properties at prime locations.
The two-day auction will be held at Aura Grande Enclave, Sector E-11, Islamabad.
An official spokesperson for the Authority told APP that the auction will feature commercial plots in G-13 and G-14, including plots in G-14 Markaz, Class-III commercial plots in G-14/2, mixed-use commercial plots, and a corporate office plot in the Mauve Area, with a two-year easy installment plan.
The spokesperson said the commercial plots were strategically located adjacent to the Metro Bus route and GT Road, around an eight-minute drive from the M-1 and M-2 motorways and approximately 12 minutes from the New Islamabad International Airport.
He said investors would be able to obtain approval for building plans after making an initial payment of 25 percent, facilitating the early commencement of development activities. He added that investors could also avail themselves of a 10 percent discount on lump-sum payments.
FGEHA described the auction as an attractive investment opportunity, highlighting the commercial potential of the sites due to their prime locations, accessibility and planned urban infrastructure.
The spokesperson advised interested investors and members of the public to stay updated through the Authority’s official channels for the auction schedule and other details.
Regarding preparations for the auction, he said key arrangements, including the preparation of the auction brochure, advertising and publicity strategy, auction schedule, and other administrative and operational matters, were being finalized to ensure that the process was conducted in a transparent, fair and competitive manner, providing equal opportunities to all investors.
FGEHA, working under the Ministry of Housing and Works, develops residential and commercial projects for federal government employees and contributes to planned urban development in the federal capital.
