Security forces kill 11 terrorists in various areas of KPK, Balochistan
PESHAWAR, Aug 27 (APP):Security forces killed 11 terrorists belonging to Fitna al-Khwarij and Fitna al-Hindustan during successful intelligence-based operations (IBOs) in various areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) and Balochistan provinces.
According to security sources, intelligence-based operations were carried out in South Waziristan and Bannu in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as well as in Khuzdar district of Balochistan.
In Bannu, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation against Fitna al-Khwarij, killing two terrorists and recovering weapons and ammunition. During the operation, the forces also successfully destroyed a terrorist hideout using explosives.
In Ladha, South Waziristan, security forces launched an operation following intelligence reports and killed five Khwarij terrorists, the sources said.
Meanwhile, in Sasol, Khuzdar district of Balochistan, security forces conducted an operation against Fitna al-Hindustan, killing four terrorists.
Security forces remain committed to continuing operations under the Azm-e-Istehkam vision until the menace of terrorism is completely eliminated from the country.
