ISLAMABAD, Aug 24 (APP):Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Islamabad Kainat Azhar Khan directed officials not to keep citizens waiting unnecessarily at police facilitation centres and to ensure prompt, transparent and quality services, as she inspected different Police Khidmat Markaz centres and the Asaan Khidmat Markaz.
An official told APP on Monday that the CTO Kainat visited the centres to review the delivery of various public services and assess problems being faced by citizens.

During the visits, Kainat inspected service arrangements and directed officials to resolve citizens’ problems on a priority basis and provide every possible facility to those visiting the centres.
She stressed that public facilitation and transparency must be ensured at all levels and directed staff to deal with visitors politely and professionally.
Citizens visiting Khidmat Markaz centres should not be made to wait unnecessarily, the CTO said, directing officials to further improve the quality and efficiency of services.
She said citizens seeking different police and traffic-related services should be facilitated in every possible way and their issues should be addressed without unnecessary delay.
Kainat said public-friendly policing was helping further strengthen citizens’ trust in police and stressed that better behaviour and efficient service delivery were essential parts of that effort.
She reiterated that public convenience and the provision of quality services remained a top priority and directed officials to continue improving service standards at the facilitation centres./APP-rzr-mkz
