LAHORE, Aug 20 (APP): The Punjab University has awarded 10 PhD degrees to the scholars in various disciplines including Li Jugang, son of Li Zexiu in History, Ehtisham Manzoor, son of Manzoor Ahmad Khadim in Education, Qamar Abbas Alvi, son of Ghulam Hussain in Urdu.
Likewise, Nida Raees, daughter of Raees Ahmad was awarded degree in High Energy Physics, Uzair Salih, son of Hafiz Muhammad Salih in Arabic, Anjum Shaheen, daughter of Muhammad Siddique Nazir in Zoology, Muhammad Asim, son of Abdul Hafeez in Communication Studies.
Similarly, Kanwal Shabbir, daughter of Shabbir Hussain was awarded PhD degree in Biological Sciences (Biochemistry), Amna Latif, daughter of Latif Ahmad in History and Omair Azam, son of Muhammad Azam Cheema in Gender Studies were awarded degrees.
