DC Surab inaugurates Shaheed Hidayatullah Buledi Career Counseling Academy
QUETTA, Aug 19 (APP):Deputy Commissioner (DC) Surab Sahibzada Najibullah on Wednesday inaugurated Shaheed Hidayatullah Buledi Career Counseling Academy, Technical Training Center and Public Library in Surab under the direction of the Government of Balochistan and BSDI Phase-II.
The ceremony attended by FC Balochistan 61 Wing Commander Colonel Syed Fakhar Rafiq Talha, Additional Deputy Commissioner Salman Ali Buledi, Principal Degree College Sorab Amanullah Zehri, Assistant Commissioner Gadar Abdul Jabbar Bugti, DSP Sorab Bilawal Ahmed Muhammad Hasni, district officers, teachers, students of colleges and various schools, journalists and a large number of citizens.
DC Surab Sahibzada Najibullah and Additional Deputy Commissioner Salman Ali Buledi highlighted the importance of the counseling center in their addressing.
While feedback was also sought from teachers, students and students regarding the facilities of the center who described this initiative as very useful. The center will provide free career counseling, CSS/PCS preparation, a library with more than 700 books, a modern IT lab, free internet and Wi-Fi, free lancing and various technical training to the youth, while free beautician and dressmaking courses have also been started for women.
The center aims to provide better education, skills, employment and business opportunities to the youth of Surab and especially to empower women.
At the end of the ceremony, the distinguished guests distributed gifts to the students and certificates of appreciation to the officers for their excellent performance. Later, a lunch was organized in honor of the participants.
The participants appreciated the efforts of the Government of Balochistan, BSDI and the district administration, especially Deputy Commissioner Sorab Sahibzada Najibullah, for establishing this wonderful project and termed it an important step towards a bright future for the youth of the district.
