District Peace Committee review security measures for Eid Milad-un-Nabi
FAISALABAD, Aug 19 (APP): A meeting of the members of the district peace committee was held under the chair of Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Noman Siddique regarding Eid Milad-un-Nabi.
CPO Tanveer Hussain was also present. Additional Deputy Commissioner (Headquarters) Sara Zainab, Sahibzada Faiz Rasool, Maulana Riaz Kharal, Mufti Zia Madani, Shahid Razzaq Saka and other members of the committee attended the meeting.
The participants reviewed the security measures, administrative matters, religious harmony and law and order regarding Eid Milad-un-Nabi. Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Noman Siddique said that all necessary arrangements would be made more effective to celebrate Eid Milad-un-Nabi with religious fervor in the district.
He said that establishing law & order, promotion of religious harmony and brotherhood is the top priority of the district administration.
The members of the peace committee paid tribute to the district admin for the excellent arrangements made on the occasion of Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) and Independence Day and assured to extend all out coordination to celebrate Jashn-e-Eid-Milad-un-Nabi.
The deputy commissioner appreciated the cooperation of the peace committee members and said that mutual consultation and cooperation will continue to further improve the arrangements.
