PESHAWAR, Aug 18 (APP):The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) on Tuesday hosted a reception to welcome its newly appointed Chief Supply Chain Management Officer and Chief Internal Audit Officer.
PESCO Chief Akhtar Hameed Khan and senior officers warmly welcomed the newly appointed officials, according to a PESCO spokesperson.
Saeedullah Khan Khattak has been appointed Chief Supply Chain Management Officer, while Zahida Rafiq will serve as Chief Internal Audit Officer.
The PESCO spokesperson said the appointments had been made on merit through the efforts of the PESCO Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, aimed at strengthening the company’s institutional capacity and performance.
Addressing the reception, PESCO Chief Akhtar Hameed Khan expressed the hope that the new appointments would further improve the organisation’s efficiency and overall performance.
The newly appointed officers were presented with honorary shields and bouquets as a gesture of welcome.
