ASP New Town orders prompt action on citizens’ complaints

RAWALPINDI, Aug 16 (APP): Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) New Town Daniyal Khan visited New Town and Sadiqabad police stations and conducted a detailed inspection of various facilities and operational matters.
During the visits, the ASP reviewed the front desks, official records, lock-ups and buildings of both police stations, along with other relevant arrangements.
Daniyal Khan directed police officials to ensure prompt action on citizens’ applications by properly tagging them through the e-tag system. He also stressed the need to provide efficient and quality services to citizens.
He said police stations were the basic units of policing and resolving citizens’ problems at the station level was of vital importance. He directed officers to ensure effective service delivery and maintain a responsive approach towards public complaints.
The ASP further said that all necessary measures were being taken to protect the lives and property of citizens.
