ISLAMABAD, Aug 16 (APP):The National Productivity Organization (NPO) is going to organize a webinar on “Digital Kaizen in Manufacturing” on August 17 (Monday), aimed at helping manufacturing professionals understand how digital technologies can improve productivity, quality and operational efficiency.
The session aims to equip participants with an understanding of Digital Kaizen, which merges the Japanese philosophy of continuous, incremental improvement, or Kaizen, with real-time data, artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies, said an NPO document.
The course will cover key areas including digital Kaizen concepts, lean digital manufacturing, digital technologies for Kaizen, digital Kaizen for productivity and sustainability, smart manufacturing case studies, and implementation road maps.
The workshop has been designed for CEOs, CFOs, managers, workers, operators, technical staff, production staff, maintenance staff, energy staff and waste management staff.
