Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry on Friday felicitated the nation on the occasion of Independence Day.

ISLAMABAD, Aug 14 (APP): Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry on Friday felicitated the nation on the occasion of Independence Day.

In a post on X, he said the day reminded the nation of the great sacrifices that led to the creation of Pakistan.

“Pakistan is the result of the tireless struggle, sacrifices and determination of our elders,” he said.

The minister said the government would work to make Pakistan a strong, prosperous and dignified country in line with the vision of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

He said the country’s development journey would be strengthened by making faith and discipline guiding principles of national life.

The federal minister also prayed for Pakistan’s security, stability, survival and prosperity.
