ISLAMABAD, Aug 09 (APP):Senior Superintendent of (SSP) Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza on Sunday inspected security arrangements at various churches across the federal capital, directing deployed police personnel to remain vigilant and ensure effective security for Christian worshippers.
An ICT Police spokesperson told APP that the SSP visited different churches and reviewed the deployment of police personnel and security measures in place at Christian places of worship.
Qazi interacted with officers performing security duties and directed them to maintain heightened vigilance and effectively implement all security protocols.
The SSP Qazi said Islamabad Police was ensuring comprehensive security arrangements at Christian places of worship to provide a safe and peaceful environment to the Christian community during religious services.
He directed officers to perform their duties with professionalism and remain alert to ensure the safety of worshippers and maintain peace and order.
