RAWALPINDI, Aug 08 (APP): Rescue 1122 Rawalpindi teams continued a search and rescue operation for a five-year-old girl who went missing near Landa Bazaar, with the operation entering its third consecutive day on Saturday.

According to Rescue 1122, search teams have reached the section of Nullah Lai adjacent to Gulistan Colony Line No. 3 as part of the ongoing operation.

Two water rescue teams are currently conducting a line search in Nullah Lai near Gulistan Colony Line No. 3, official said.

The current search point is located approximately three kilometres upstream from the junction with the Soan River, Rescue 1122 said.
