PESHAWAR, Aug 08 (APP): Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi on Saturday visited the residence of Peshawar Zalmi Chairman Javed Afridi here to offer condolences over the demise of his mother.
The Governor expressed heartfelt sympathy with Javed Afridi and other members of the bereaved family, prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and strength for the family to bear the irreparable loss with patience.
Elders of the Afridi tribe were also present on the occasion.
In a separate condolence message, Governor Kundi expressed deep grief over the death of the mother of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Barrister Gohar Khan.
He extended his sincere condolences to Barrister Gohar Khan and his family, describing the death of a mother as an irreparable loss.
The Governor prayed that Allah Almighty grant the departed soul eternal peace, elevate her ranks in Jannah, and bless the bereaved family with patience and fortitude.
