ISLAMABAD, Aug 08 (APP):Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani Saturday met with Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq and Deputy Speaker National Assembly Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah at the Chairman Senate’s residence.
During the meeting, the leaders discussed parliamentary affairs, matters of national importance, institutional coordination, and measures to further strengthen cooperation between the Senate and the National Assembly.
Gilani emphasized that close coordination and mutual cooperation between the two Houses are essential for strengthening democratic traditions and ensuring an effective parliamentary system.
