SP Security holds Open Court to address public complaints
RAWALPINDI, Aug 07 (APP): Superintendent of Police SP Security Asghar Ali Goraya held an open court (Khuli Katchery) at the Police Lines Headquarters and listened to public complaints and issued directions to the relevant officers for their prompt resolution here on Friday.
During the proceedings, citizens presented their grievances, after which the SP Security instructed officers concerned to ensure legal action on marked applications within the prescribed timeframe.
Addressing the officers, SP Security Goraya said that no negligence would be tolerated in resolving public complaints and emphasized the importance of providing efficient and citizen-friendly service at police stations.
He further stated that ensuring the protection of citizens’ lives and property, along with improving public service delivery, remains a top priority in line with the vision of the Punjab Chief Minister. He added that all necessary measures are being taken to enhance policing standards and facilitate the public.
