ISLAMABAD, Aug 03 (APP):Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Headquarters Muhammad Jawad Tariq on Monday visited various duty points across the federal capital to review security arrangements, directing police officers to remain vigilant, strengthen checking and ensure courteous public dealing.
An ICT Police spokesperson told APP that the DIG Tariq inspected security arrangements at different duty points and met police officers deployed on operational duties.
Tariq reviewed the overall security measures and instructed officers to remain on high alert, further improve checking and perform their duties with professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility.
He also directed officers to treat citizens with courtesy while maintaining effective policing to ensure peace and public safety across the capital.
