RCCI, RDF hold consultative meeting on climate change and water management
RAWALPINDI, Jul 30 (APP):Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI), in collaboration with the Rural Development Foundation (RDF), organized a consultative meeting on Thursday to address climate change, global warming and water resource management.
Co-chaired by RCCI President Usman Shaukat and Senior Vice President Khalid Farooq Qazi, the session focused on building climate resilience, sustainable water management, and the business sector’s role in advancing green initiatives.
Addressing the forum, RCCI President Usman Shaukat reaffirmed the Chamber’s commitment to driving eco-friendly policies and fostering multi-sectoral partnerships to build a sustainable and environmentally resilient economy.
RCCI Vice President Fahad Barlas, executive committee members and key environmental stakeholders attended the event.
Keynote speakers included RDF President Brig. (Retd) Muhammad Aslam Khan, RDF Director Projects M.
