Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Headquarters Muhammad Ateeq Tahir on Monday reviewed the ongoing Islamabad Police recruitment process during visits to Police Lines Headquarters and the F-9 recruitment test centre, directing officers to ensure that every stage of the exercise is completed strictly on merit and with complete transparency.

ISLAMABAD, Jul 28 (APP):Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Headquarters Muhammad Ateeq Tahir on Monday reviewed the ongoing Islamabad Police recruitment process during visits to Police Lines Headquarters and the F-9 recruitment test centre, directing officers to ensure that every stage of the exercise is completed strictly on merit and with complete transparency.
An ICT Police spokesperson told APP that the DIG inspected administrative arrangements at both recruitment centres and reviewed the overall management of the recruitment process.

He directed the officers concerned to ensure that all stages of recruitment were conducted in accordance with the prescribed rules and regulations, maintaining merit, transparency and equal opportunities for all candidates.
Tahir emphasized that Islamabad Police remained committed to recruiting competent and professional personnel through a fair, transparent and merit-based selection process, adding that no compromise would be made on merit at any stage.
