CM condoles death of former PAEC chairman Dr Pervez Butt

LAHORE, Jul 27 (APP): Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif on Monday expressed profound grief over the demise of former chairman of the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) Dr Pervez Butt.

In her condolence message, the CM paid tribute to the late nuclear scientist for his distinguished services in promoting the peaceful application of nuclear technology in Pakistan, saying that his contributions to the country’s scientific and technological advancement would be remembered for years to come.

She also extended heartfelt sympathies and condolences to the bereaved family and prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the departed soul eternal peace and bless the family with patience to bear the irreparable loss.
