ABAD delegation meets Karachi police chief, discusses law & order
KARACHI, Jul 21 (APP):A 12-member delegation of the Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan (ABAD), led by Chairman Muhammad Hassan Bakhshi, called on Additional Inspector General of Police (AIGP) Karachi Azad Khan on Tuesday to discuss the city’s law and order situation and issues affecting the construction sector.
Senior Vice Chairman Syed Afzal Hameed, Syed Moeez Ahmed Zaidi and other members of the delegation were also present during the meeting, said a news release.
The delegation expressed satisfaction over meeting the Karachi police chief and appreciated the measures taken by the city police to improve the law and order situation.
During the meeting, the delegation held detailed discussions on crime and other issues confronting the city and apprised the police chief of the challenges being faced.
The Karachi police chief assured the delegation that the issues raised would be addressed on a priority basis.
