PESHAWAR, Jul 21 (APP): Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has issued tenders to upgrade Emergency and Trauma Centre at the Divisional Headquarters (KDA) Hospital in Kohat aiming better healthcare service delivery.
According to the project details, Emergency and Trauma Centre will be upgraded to an international Category-A standard.
The scheme includes installation of a modern Medical Gas System, advanced diagnostic facilities including CT scan, MRI, Ultrasound and Digital X-ray Units, major and minor operation theatres, inpatient wards, a modern Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Doctors Offices, Category-A Laboratory, standard Pharmacy and other state- of-the-art medical equipment and infrastructure.
Provincial Information Minister Shafi Jan, in a statement, said the initiative reflected provincial government commitment to improving public healthcare and ensuring access to quality medical services.
