SSP Investigation holds Open Court, directs prompt action on public complaints

RAWALPINDI, Jul 20 (APP):Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Investigation Nasir Ali Khan held an open court (Khuli Katchery) at the Police Lines Headquarters and listened to citizens’ complaints besides issued directions to relevant officers for their prompt resolution.
During the proceedings, the SSP instructed officers to ensure that legal action on marked applications must be completed within the prescribed timeframe.
He stressed that any negligence in addressing public grievances would not be tolerated.
Nasir Ali Khan also directed police officials to maintain high standards of public service delivery at police stations, emphasizing that citizens should receive timely and efficient assistance.
He said that, in line with the vision of the Punjab Chief Minister, protecting the lives and property of citizens and providing them with quality public services remain the police department’s top priorities. He added that all necessary measures are being taken to achieve these objectives.
