TANK, Jul 20 (APP): The district administration Tank has intensified efforts to improve access to clean drinking water for the citizens.
In this regard, Assistant Commissioner Tank Jamshed Alam Khan inspected newly operational solar-powered water tube wells and under-construction water supply pipeline projects across the city.
The Assistant Commissioner was accompanied by the District Sports Officer and other relevant officials.
During the inspection, the team reviewed the operational status of the solar-powered tube wells and assessed the pace and quality of work on the ongoing pipeline schemes.
He directed the concerned departments to ensure that all development projects are completed within the stipulated timeframe while maintaining the highest construction standards.
He stressed that the timely completion of the schemes were essential to providing residents with a continuous supply of safe and clean drinking water and improving civic services in the district.
Officials said the district administration remains committed to accelerating public welfare initiatives and ensuring the prompt completion of development projects aimed at enhancing basic infrastructure and improving the quality of life for people.
